Soy-Based Food Ingredients
A new line of soy-based food ingredients has been rolled out by Spectrum Foods under the Nexsoy® trademark. The Nexsoy product line is comprised exclusively of non-GMO soy ingredients. Currently, the Nexsoy product line includes ex­peller-pressed and naturally re­­­fined soybean oil, full-fat and defatted soy flour and soy grits, soy cereal bases and a complete line of textured soy proteins. All of the products in the Nexsoy line are certified kosher and are also available as certified organic.
